Customer Service Representative (Kingston, Jamaica) - Heart Institute of the Caribbean

Core Duties:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- To identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- To provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
within the limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication


Qualifications & Experience:
- Five (5) CXC passes minimum qualification
- Minimum two (2) years experience in a related role
